80'S New Wave Bangers (Some rare goodies)

Whats up everybody, I know it has been quite some time since I have put out anything new on Old school Archives. A year in fact from my last. In this edition I just want to highlight a very dope time in the 1980's a music genre that helped define electronic, Rock synth pop music as we know it, "NEW WAVE". New wave was a genre of music that has its root in the punk rock era of sound from the mid to late 1970's and it is also a precurser to alternative, post punk or modern day rock. So in essence, new wave is sort of a post-punk, pre-alternative rock genre that was big until about the late 80's, its sound is  a mixture of Rock with electronic synth, the vocals were edgy and unlike the traditional rock sounds, it employed a lot of drum machines, synth sounds and so forth. I am not very knowledgeable about NEW WAVE except for the fact that some of the songs did ping pong off of the Hip Hop sounds of the early 80s, some of the earliest New Wave artists can be attributed to Kraftwerk, Duran Duran, Devo, Yazoo, New Order, Art of Noise, so DJ's and music fiends please dig in. As always. I may be committing the DJ no no which says "DO NOT SHARE YOUR HARD TO FIND RARITIES, NOR GIVE UP TITLES" Oh well I am that DJ that will bless you. THESE RECORDS ARE FROM MY PERSONAL COLLECTION. I combed the net looking for some of the best quality versions of songs I could find. I have also included some bonuses to hit you in the head with. In this edition you will find records by Yazoo, Duran Duran, Devo, Simple Minds, Freez, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, and more... Enjoy
