Hard-Rock Rap Rareties: Impacting 90's Street Records

Whats Up Yaaaa'll Its your friendly neighborhood "MP3 Web-slinger" And This edition of Oldschool Archives we are focusing on some cutting edge 90's Hardcore street rap records. real gritty Hip Hop from the streets. Music straight from our acclaimed "Boom-bap" era. If you havent glanced below, You might already assume what is going to be included in this post, however You might be surprised. Ive included some really dope 90's joints that yall will love and remember. As always, my intention is to bring forth those rare and sought after gems. The ones not always in the forefront. Understand that it was a crucial and wonderful time for Hip Hop in the early and mid 90's. Somewhere along the lines we lost that flare in the late 90's, I personally don't see the culture of Hip Hop gaining that traction back. The impact of the records, the artists and the flava that went into the recordings. Not to mention the industry, was an entirely different kind of animal back then. One that we certainly miss in many aspects. This is like our 50's and 60's Golden-era style of Jazz, funk and soul. In it, that you can hear that 90's Vintage sound and flava, even a great emulation, does not catch the groove of these joints. The vocals, production and recording is Classic. But Our Real DJ's and enthusiast keep this era alive everyday. This is that "stair-case rap", That street corner rap". So journey with us As we celebrate "HARD-ROCK RAP". If you cant get enough of this, dont worry. I will be following up another entry or two with some more, so take these for now. I have twelve bangers here. Peep for yourself and as always, You can download each track individually or click that magic "RECORD BIN" link Below to be transported to the entire selection. As always all tracks are the best quality that I could possibly find and are straight from my personal collection to yours, so you know I'm not playin'. I never skimp my DJ'and music fans and I never will. This is the hardwork of Web blogging and sharing, but I do this straight for you guys out there. The Fans of DJ Leggs & Oldschool Archives. Classic Breakbeat & Oldschool Hip Hop Mixtapes: Straight From Leggs Collection

Whats Up Oldschool Archive Fans and Fanettes; I Finally decided to post this up, after months of promising this. I havent slumped on that promise at all. Here is a hefty bin of some of my most greatest Classic Mixtape collection You probably will ever see all in one shot on line. Held in my vault for many years. These are surely a blast from the past. I used to listen to these like breathing air, and even break to many of them dozens of times over, So I know them all well. Understand, that each and every mixtape here was actually converted from its original 60 or 90 Minute incarnation with Love, straight into a prestine 192 kbs MP3 File. Loud and as clear as Can be without taking away the authentic tape quality, but great enough to be played on systems fairly loud. In this addition to my hard work; you will find tapes by the Likes Of Mr. Magic, Afrika Islam, Kid Capri, Roc Raida (R.I.P.), Brucie B, DJ Schmoove, DJ Starchild (R.I.P.) DJ Chance, and a bunch of other Heavyweight DJ's who were lacing the underground with Breakbeat & Hip Hop mixtapes back then. All tapes range from as far back as 1982 and into the 90's when there was a revival of the oldschool Mixes by Breakbeat DJs of the 1990's. I am very fortunate to be able to have held onto these joints for so many years. I would of never wanted to see anything happen to the original tapes, so I just had to cart these bad boys into my studio and convert each of them. And I might add, I'm not done yet. I still have a few dozen more tapes to be converted, So you will be seeing future posts indeed. For now Dig into the download bin and enjoy the aroma (Or should I say sounds) of authentic real deal Oldschool Mixtapes complete with scratching, cutting, mixing. Attention: This is for the real Hip Hoppers. The Real DJ's and Music aficionado's and B-boys who appreciate this stuff. This isn't light work here folks what your about to hear is Heavy, heavy, heavy. Not to mention it took a lot of time converting these (About 2 hrs each tape) So please do enjoy. Drop a comment and spread the word about these..From your Boy "The share master" DJ Leggs
